You can make purchases using the following:

You can also opt for the Cash-on-Delivery (COD) payment method. With COD you can pay us in cash at the time of actual delivery of product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment on Ewshopping.

The maximum order value for a COD payment is Rs. 25,000. You will have to pay the money to the delivery boy before you can open the package. Please note, we do not accept foreign currency as payment against a COD order.

Add items to your cart. Hit proceed to checkout. When prompted to choose a Payment Option, select "Pay By Cash-on-Delivery. Click to Place Order button, Once confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message on your screen.

To serve you better and provide fast delivery, ewshopping team may contact you(email/phone) for address verification. We may cancel your order if we do not receive confirmation from your side in next 48 hrs from the time of order placed.

You will be required to make a Cash payment to our Courier Partner, only at the time of delivery of your order.

No, our COD partner will only accept cash payment at the time of delivery.

To pay using your Credit card, you will need your Credit card number, Card expiry date, 3 digit CVV number (Card Verification Value - found on the back side of your Credit card) and online 3D Secure password.
After entering the card number, expiry date and CVV number on ewshopping, you will be redirected to the Bank's page for entering the online 3D Secure password.
We accept Debit cards of all banks in India. To pay using your Debit card, you will need to enter your Debit card number, Card expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), 3 digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards) on ewshopping. You will then be redirected to your Bank's page for entering your online password (issued to you by your Bank) to complete the payment.
Yes, shopping at ewshopping is 100% safe. All Credit card and Debit card payments on ewshopping are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading Indian banks.
Furthermore, the Banks ask you to enter an online password (also known as 3D Secure password) which acts as an additional layer of security for your card transaction. This 3D Secure password is not printed anywhere on the card and is known only to you, giving you the added assurance that only you can use your card to make purchases on the Internet. This makes your online transaction on ewshopping extremely safe and secure.

3D Secure is also known as "Verified by Visa" or "Mastercardsecurecode". It is a free security service by VISA and MasterCard in partnership with card issuing Banks to secure your online Credit/Debit card transactions through the use of an additional password. This additional password is called 3D Secure password.
You can register for the 3D Secure password for your Credit/Debit card by visiting your Bank's website.

Order related

You can review the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with ewshopping.com. To check the status of your pending orders, click on the My Account link in the top left of any page on our store. This will take you to your "My Account - My Orders" page, where you can view the status of all orders. To view the status of a specific order, click on the "TRACK". After your order is shipped out from our warehouse, we will send you a mail and sms with the shipping details.
You can cancel your order before it leaves our Warehouse (reaches the "Order shipped" state). You can do so by calling us with the order number.
For all areas serviced by reputed couriers & the warehouse the product is being shipped from, the delivery time will be 5-7 business days.
Within 10-15 days :
For other areas, orders will be sent by Speed Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 10-15 business days depending on the location.
Business days exclude public holidays, national holidays and sundays.
We process all deliveries through reputed couriers.
For certain postcodes not serviced by reputed couriers, we use Speed Post (Indian Postal Service). Alternatively, you can get in touch with our customer service team to an alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.
Estimated times vary with the area you live in, warehouse from which this product is being shipped from, as well as whether it is in-stock or not. Here is what this means - If a product is in-stock with us, then depending on where you live & warehouse from it is getting shipped, we can deliver to you within 3 days or 5 days. This will be clearly mentioned in your order confirmation email. If a product has the label - "Coming soon - preorder" --- we will let you know as soon as it reaches us, and we have shipped it to you. If a product has the label - "Notify me" --- we will let you know as soon as we have it back in stock. The delivery time will then depend on when you place the order.
All items are carefully packaged so as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap and fragile items are safely secured with bubble wrap.
All ewshopping items are delivered through reputed courier partners - who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners.

Cancellations, returns & replacements related

You can return any product that you have received as long as
1. customer invoice
2. all its original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, dustbags, warranty cards, authenticity labels and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
3. and is unused / original condition
You need to make sure that
1. Damaged/Defective/Wrong Product :
You must notify us of any defects in the product or incorrectly shipped at the time of delivery or within 48 hours of receipt of the product.
Any Other Returns :
You must inform us of your intention to return the item to us (within 5 days, including weekends) and of delivery of the product

If you cancel an order by calling us , before the product(s) has been shipped to you, we will refund you the entire amount.

If you cancel an order which has already been shipped to you, you can do one of the following :
- If your product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.
- If despite informing us, since the package has already left for your address, you receive the product, you can return the product through the same courier (ie do not accept the package)
- If you have received the order, and are now wanting to cancel (ie return the product), then please follow the steps above. We can only process the credit once We have received the product - and it meets the three criteria above

PLEASE NOTE:To maintain our high standard of hygiene and professional service, we shall accept returns of all items except the following

- Lingerie - briefs/ bottom wear
- socks
- Cosmetics/Beauty products.
- free items.

Other questions

At ewshopping, we work hard to select only reputable brands / shops and vendors for you. If they offers a Warranty on a product, we pass on the same to you. For most product lines however, there are no manufacturer's warranty - and it is like buying a product. Its exactly the same as if you were buying products in a shopping mall or from local shops.
ewshopping doesn't deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you'll have to ensure the delivery address is within India.
With ewshopping, what you see is what you get. We work hard on photographing images as is. Our content team gives you an elaborate description of the product with detailed specifications of each item. Our sourcing team makes sure to send out products that meet the ewshopping aesthetic and stringent quality standards. If despite this you don’t fall in love with what you get, give us a call within 5 days to book a return.

Some of our customers have reported getting random phone calls from imposters who call on behalf of Team Lime Road and ask for cash amount to be deposited in bank account for heavy discounts/gold coins/air tickets/event participation etc. We want to caution our customers that by no means these calls are from us and we will never demand such favors from our customers. These calls are by possible pranksters/imposters and we request our customers to share their details with us at the earliest. Please do not entertain them.
